1. Verification of Pledge Information

SS Gold Hub reserves the right to verify all pledge-related details submitted by the customer. If any information is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, SS Gold Hub may take appropriate legal action, including reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

2. Release of Pledged Gold

If the value of the pledged gold is lower than the advance amount paid by SS Gold Hub, the Seller shall immediately pay the difference amount to SS Gold Hub.

3. Seller Withdrawal

If the Seller decides not to proceed with the sale after the pledged gold is released, or fails to release the pledged gold, the Seller must immediately refund the full advance amount received from SS Gold Hub.

4. Default on Refund

If the Seller fails to refund the advance payment, SS Gold Hub shall have the right to treat the transaction as a completed sale and take possession of the gold items.

5. Dishonoured Security Cheques

If any cheque issued by the Seller is dishonoured or returned unpaid, SS Gold Hub reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and other applicable laws.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these transactions shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with applicable laws.

1. Ownership & Authority

SS Gold Hub accepts only gold items that are legally owned by the Seller through purchase, gift, inheritance, or any lawful means. The Seller confirms full authority to sell the items.

2. No Return Policy

Once the gold is sold to SS Gold Hub, it shall not be returned under any circumstances. Payment shall be made only in Indian Rupees (INR) to the Seller’s designated bank account or approved payment method.

3. Right to Accept or Reject

SS Gold Hub reserves the right to accept or reject any transaction or application without assigning any reason.

4. Absolute Ownership Rights

Upon completion of the purchase, SS Gold Hub obtains full ownership rights over the gold and may sell, transfer, refine, melt, or otherwise dispose of the gold at its discretion.

5. Use of Sale Proceeds

The Seller shall be solely responsible for the use of the proceeds received from the sale. SS Gold Hub shall not be liable for any unlawful or unauthorized use of such funds.

6. Stolen or Fake Gold

If any gold item sold is later identified as stolen, counterfeit, fake, or unlawfully possessed, the Seller shall bear all legal and financial liabilities, including repayment of the transaction amount along with applicable losses, damages, and interest.

7. Verification Rights

SS Gold Hub reserves the right to verify pledge information, ownership details, identity documents, and transaction history and may report discrepancies to law enforcement or government authorities.

8. Purity & Weight Assessment

Purity and weight assessments are conducted with high precision, subject to the following rules:

• Gold purity shall be checked using XRF technology and/or other accepted testing methods.
• Results may vary depending on testing methodology.
• SS Gold Hub shall not be responsible for any loss in purity or weight after melting or processing.
• The Seller shall bear any shortage, loss, processing charge, or transaction-related deduction.

9. Additional Testing Methods

SS Gold Hub may use additional verification methods including acid tests, salt tests, melting tests, or other industry-standard procedures to confirm authenticity and purity.

10. Non-Gold Components

Weight deductions shall apply for stones, beads, threads, lac, copper, silver, artificial parts, or any non-gold materials attached to the ornament.

11. Ownership Verification

SS Gold Hub may conduct physical, telephonic, or digital verification of the Seller and ownership details before completing the transaction.

12. Pricing Policy

Gold valuation shall be based on the prevailing 24-carat market rate applicable on the date and time of the transaction.

13. Biometric & Personal Data

Biometric details, photographs, identification documents, and transaction data may be collected for record-keeping, compliance, and security purposes and shall be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Minor Sellers

Individuals below 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who shall share full responsibility and liability for the transaction.

15. Cancellation Charges

If the Seller cancels the transaction after the melting or processing stage, SS Gold Hub may charge up to 5% of the assessed valuation towards processing and operational costs.

16. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.

1. Post-Melting Liability

SS Gold Hub shall not be responsible for any change, reduction, or variation in weight or purity after melting or refining of the gold items.

2. Rejected Gold

If the gold is rejected by either party after melting or testing, the Seller shall receive the gold only in its melted or processed form. The Seller shall not claim the original ornament form and must refund any advance amount received.

3. Price Validity

The quoted gold rate and valuation are valid only for the date and time of estimation and may change based on market fluctuations.

4. Deductions & Charges

Applicable deductions may include melting charges, testing charges, documentation fees, processing charges, banking charges, and other operational expenses.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.

1. Declaration of Ownership

The Seller confirms that the gold sold is legally owned and that they possess full authority to sell the items to SS Gold Hub.

2. Reporting of Suspicious Transactions

If any item is suspected to be stolen, fake, counterfeit, or linked to unlawful activity, SS Gold Hub reserves the right to notify law enforcement or relevant authorities immediately.

3. No Return Policy

Gold sold to SS Gold Hub cannot be reclaimed, returned, or exchanged after completion of the transaction.

4. Applicable Deductions

The final payable amount may include deductions towards processing charges, documentation fees, refining charges, and applicable taxes or statutory charges.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from the transaction shall be subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.
